2. Improve career readiness by strengthening the connection between lectures and real-world skills, encouraging practical workshops, industry guest speakers, and clearer links between coursework and real-world applications
3. Improve the reliability of attendance tracking by addressing issues with the SEATS system and encouraging lecturers to record attendance at the start of classes, ensuring students are not wrongly penalised or affected in matters such as UK Student Finance
4. Build on the progress made by the current Academic Affairs Officer by continuing and strengthening existing initiatives to ensure they are fully implemented and deliver lasting improvements to the academic experience
