Support for students if they have any difficulties accessing the Wi-Fi on their personal devices and if they are struggling to access sites such as Moodle or MyNewman. Support for students if they have any noise complaints within halls but also for support when they are on-site to make them feel at ease and safe when walking across campus (no matter what time of day). They are onsite 24/7 365 days a year. Call on 0121 387 4658.
