Welcome to the Newman Health and Social Care society! We are a friendly and inclusive community at Newman University Birmingham for students studying Health and Social Care and those who are interested in learning more about it, bringing students together to meet new people, share ideas, develop new skills and enjoy activities together. Our aim is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable getting involved, making connections and being part of something positive outside of their studies. Whether you are looking to meet like-minded students, try something new, or simply get involved in university life, everyone is welcome, whether you study . Throughout the 2026–27 academic year, we plan to organise engaging activities and events, encourage student participation, and create opportunities for members to connect and support one another.
