The SEND Parents Society is a supportive community for student parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It aims to bring members together to offer guidance, encouragement, and a safe, confident space where parents can access support from others with shared experiences. Through monthly meetings, the society looks to support its members with access to training and opportunities for members to discuss the challenges of balancing university life with raising a SEND child or children.
