Why “In Her Essence”?
Hi, I’m Penda, the founder of In Her Essence.
The name came to me during my own journey of self-discovery.
For a long time, I found myself trying to meet expectations, battling self-doubt, and questioning who I really was beneath it all. As I began learning more about myself, I realised that finding my essence meant understanding my strengths, embracing my purpose, and recognising my own worth.
That journey changed my life.
I created In Her Essence because I wanted other women to have a space where they could begin that journey too.
