The Liberation Collective is NUS’ new space to strengthen and support liberation activism and it is led by students and apprentices from our five liberation groups: disabled, LGBTQ, Racialised, Trans and women.

It is the result of a 5-year process of consultation, research, co-design and democratic activity with participation from all liberation groups and all nations, as well as HE and FE members. Now you have the chance to become a founding member and collaborate with others to build a national network of liberation activists.
This event is for anyone interested in joining the Liberation Collective, or anyone who is already a member!
We're creating a community space to introduce the work of the Liberation Collective, run workshops on campaigns identified by our members, and fight oppression together.
The event will run from 1-5pm - the agenda is available below. There will be snacks and refreshments during the meet up, and it'll be followed by a chance to catch up socially for those who wish to stick around (more details TBC).
