Hi {firstname},

As part of our ongoing REACH (Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage) efforts, I want to understand how you experience life on campus- what's working, where the gaps are, and how I can build a more inclusive and affirming environment for everyone.

This survey is one way for your voice to guide real change. Whether you've felt deeply included or left out, I want to hear from you. I'm reaching out to invite you to participate in a survey focused on understanding and enhancing the sense of belonging and inclusion within our university community.

Whether you're a first- year student or in your final year, your unique perspective is essential!

By sharing your thoughts, you contribute to initiatives that aim to foster a campus where every student feels valued and included. I want to understand how you experience diversity, inclusion, and belonging on campus. Your response will help shape future programs, events and meetings within the university.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences. Your input is vital in helping us create a cosy environment at Birmingham Newman University where everyone feels they truly belong.
