Newman Students' Union Elections 2025 – Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to all Newman University students who cast a vote in the Newman Students' Union Elections 2025.

• Only one entry per student. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• Entrants must be currently enrolled at Newman University at the time of voting.

2. How to Enter

• Simply vote in the Elections – no separate entry is required.

• No purchase necessary.

3. Prizes

• Top Prizes:

  • 2 x £50 Amazon Vouchers

• Additional Prizes:

  • 2 x Premium University Hoodies

  • 2 x Premium Zip-Up Hoodies

  • 2 x University T-Shirts

Please note: Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative is available, and hoodie/t-shirt availability is subject to stock. We may substitute with a similar item of equal value if needed.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible voters after the close of voting.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially by the Students’ Union team.

5. Notification

• Winners will be contacted via their Newman University email within 7 days of the draw.

• If a winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, we may select another winner.

6. Publicity

• Winners may be featured in SU promotional material (name/photo), unless they opt out.

7. General

• The Students' Union’s decision is final.

• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the draw due to unforeseen circumstances.

• By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.
