Summary
We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual to administer and report on Newman Students’ Unions income & expenditure and prepare monthly management accounts. We also seek someone who will develop and monitor financial systems and procedures throughout the Union; to support the administration of our online HR system; and the day to day management of stock.

We are a Students’ Union based in Bartley Green in the west of Birmingham that supports, advocates for, and represents nearly 3000 students at Newman University. We are seeking a part time financial administrator to enable us to seamlessly continue to provide timely and high quality financial management to enable students to get the most out of their union.
An understanding of financial management software, stock practices and process efficiency would are highly desirable as we look to be innovative with our systems to enable us to put more of our focus into Newman University students.
Interviews will be held on the week commencing 28th March 2022.
