Celebrate the end of the academic year with us at the Students’ Union End of Year Garden Party, taking place on Thursday 14th May at 6:30pm, immediately following the Annual Awards Ceremony.

We’re making the most of the Quad and transforming it into a vibrant garden party, complete with:
✨ Food and drinks available to purchase
🎨 Festival face painting
🎶 Music all evening
🎯 Games and plenty of good vibes

Whether you dress up or come as you are, this is your moment to celebrate everything you’ve achieved this year – all the blood, sweat, and tears deserve a proper send-off. So, bring your best energy and your best look!

Our annual Awards Ceremony is taking place on Thursday 14th May 2026 with Refreshments starting at 4:30pm in the Main Atrium. The Awards Ceremony will commence in the Chapel from 5:15pm.

This event is extremely important to us as a Union because it provides an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the amazing and hard work that our staff and students have done throughout the year.

Our nominations are open from Tuesday 7th April 2026 until Wednesday 29th April 2026. You can nominate your friends, students and colleagues through the link below.

We will be sending out the nominations by Friday 1st May 2026 so the nominees will receive the kind words from others.
