This week for Make Space, we're inviting you to take part in a wellbeing challenge for our Children in Need fundraiser.
Take 25 minutes to give your mind a moment of calm and your body a gentle boost
This “Walk with Your Senses” challenge invites you to head outdoors (or walk indoors if you prefer) and explore the world through four of your senses. As you walk, pause and notice one thing you can see, hear, smell, touch, and taste.
This simple mindfulness exercise helps us slow down, connect with the present moment, and appreciate small joys, a proven way to boost wellbeing.
So lace up your shoes, step outside, and let your senses lead the way!
👉 Goal: Notice one thing for each sense
🕒 Time: About 25 minutes
💛 Purpose: To raise awareness and support for Children in Need, because looking after ourselves helps us look after others, too.
If you wish to give to Children in Need this year, please consider donating through our fundraiser HERE.
If you would like a worksheet to support you with this activity there are some available in the Students' Union Office, or email Cloudy.
