WHAT DID WE DO AND WHY?
Throughout the month of January we ran a Destress Campaign! With deadlines and exams approaching so soon after Christmas, we recognise that there isn't much time for students to re-energise. Quite a lot of the time we see burnout, stress, and nervousness. This isn't healthy for students, and that is why we are providing different outlets and advice for you.
HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED?
Whether you're were on campus or not, there were many ways you could get involved in our Destress Month!
BOXING!From the 10th – 14th January, your Sports & Health Officer Katie walked around campus for an hour a day with boxing pads for students to enjoy hitting out some stress.

WELCOME BACK PARTY!
Your Events & Activities Officer Zoe worked hard to plan and deliver a Welcome Back Party for you all! This was a great event in Senses Bar, and we hope you all had a brilliant time! See below some photos from the night.

QUESTION PIT STOP!
We're all in the same boat when it comes to stress, yet no one likes to talk about it. This is why we had Perspex screens around campus for students to answer questions without feeling like they're being judged. Throughout the month the screens could be found in different hotspots of the University: Chapel/Aquinas Room, Library, Cofton Halls, Sports Centre, Sanctuary and Atrium! On these screens we had paper for you to answer questions around:
