CONTACT AN ADVISOR
Here you can ask for support from your Students' Union using the form at the bottom of the page. Please read all the information below before submitting your form. Once submitted, a member of our team will aim to respond to your enquiry within two working days, however, please be mindful that we do become extremely busy around assessment periods.
AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES

Advice Quality Assurance Policy |
The Quality Assurance Policy outlines how we ensure we are providing you with advice that's of a good quality.

Student Advice Clinic Agreement |
All users of the Student Advice Clinic have to adhere to the Service Agreement before we can assist you with your issue.
HOW TO CONTACT AN ADVISOR
Before contacting us it is important that you read through our Quality Assurance Policy and Service Agreement (accessible above). Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with advice unless you agree to these terms.
Once you have done this, you will be able to complete the form below. When completing the form, please think in advance about:
1. What you want to gain from the advice, and what does "resolution" look like?
2. What are the specifics (who, why, what, how, when)
3. What relevant evidence do you already have (eg: emails) - please do not include anything that isn't relevant to the advice required.
Please also keep any evidence you have handy. On the form, you can only upload ONE document, so it may be easier if you collate all of your evidence into one document before completing the form.
