What is a Constitution?
The constitution is the legal and governing document that the Students' Union is required to have as a charity. It outlines what we do, and how we do it including how we run our elections!
Why are we changing our Constitution?
We have re-written the Constitution to modernise the way we work. There have been specific changes to how we deal with complaints and appeals, how we recruit our staff and trustees and how involved students play an active part in our structures.
How do I vote to change it?
It's easy! Attend our EGM on Wednesday 2nd May between 13:00 - 15:00, and vote to approve the new Constitution!
