Mindfulness meditation is a proven approach to stress reduction. The Counselling Studies ‘Midweek Mindfulness’ drop-in is an opportunity for students to share some quiet time in the midst of our busy week. We are happy to invite all members of the university community to our mindfulness drop-in on Wednesday 2nd December as part of the SU ‘De Stress Week’.
This 30 minute session will introduce you to the basics of mindfulness meditation. We will do a simple, guided meditation practice and there will be an opportunity for questions afterwards.
