Why become a Course Rep?
As a Course Rep, you get to meet with people who run the course at your university and give them direct feedback. Many things have changed on your course before you even started due to Course Reps and you can do the same. You will also have a Student Academic Rep (StAR) for your department who will make sure your feedback is acted upon and will take your feedback about general university problems and make changes for you.

How do I become a Course Rep?
Elections for Course Reps happen in the first two weeks of your lectures. A SU representative will conduct the election for the Course Reps so all you need to do is put your hand up when asking for nominations. If we have less than 1 rep to 20 students nominate, you will automatically become a Course Rep. If it is more than 1 rep per 20 students, we will have a basic election to decide who takes the role.

How many hours does being a Course Rep take?
To be a Course Rep , you will need to:
- Attend an annual training session (1 hour)
- Collect feedback from students (3 hours)
- Attend 2 SSCCs (3 hours)
- Optional: attend 2 Social Reps Café with your StAR (2 hours)
How do I become a Course Rep?
